1Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using any part of the 3patt platform – including the website at 3patt.biz, mobile-optimised pages, and any associated gaming applications – you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety.
If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not register an account or use any 3patt service. Continued use of the platform following any update to these terms constitutes fresh acceptance of the revised version. The most current version of these terms is always available at this page and replaces all previous versions.
These terms form the entire legal agreement between you and 3patt. They apply alongside the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated by reference into these terms.
2Account Registration
To access any real-money features of 3patt, you must complete the registration process and create a verified account. During registration you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information. This includes your full legal name, Pakistani mobile number, date of birth, and a valid payment method registered in your name.
- One account per person: Each individual may hold only one active 3patt account. Accounts are non-transferable and cannot be shared with any other person.
- One account per household: Where multiple users share the same residential address or IP address, 3patt reserves the right to request additional verification to confirm separate identities.
- Accurate information: You must not provide false, incomplete, or misleading information at registration or at any subsequent point. Material misrepresentation is grounds for immediate account closure.
- Account security: You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential. 3patt will not be liable for any unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain password security.
- Notification of changes: If your personal details change after registration – for example a new mobile number or payment method – you must update your account information promptly via account settings or by contacting support.
3patt reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion and without obligation to provide a reason.
3Age Verification
3patt is strictly an 18+ platform. It is illegal and a violation of these terms for anyone under the age of 18 to register an account or participate in any real-money game or bet on the platform.
At the time of registration you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age. 3patt conducts age and identity verification checks as a matter of standard procedure and may request documentary evidence at any time. Acceptable documents include:
- Pakistani National Identity Card (CNIC)
- Valid Pakistani passport
- Driver's licence issued by a Pakistani authority
If verification reveals that a player is or was under 18 at the time of registration, their account will be closed immediately. Any deposits made will be returned to the original payment source. Any winnings accumulated during the period of underage use will be permanently forfeited.
4Deposits & Withdrawals
All financial transactions on the 3patt platform are conducted exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following rules apply to all deposits and withdrawals:
- Minimum deposit: Rs 500 per transaction.
- Minimum withdrawal: Rs 1,000 per transaction.
- Processing fees: 3patt charges zero platform fees on deposits or withdrawals. Any fees charged by your payment provider (mobile wallet operator or bank) are outside 3patt's control and your responsibility.
- Accepted payment methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank IBFT transfer, and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards. Payment methods must be registered in your own name and match your 3patt account identity.
- Withdrawal processing times: Standard accounts within 4 hours. Gold VIP tier within 4 hours. Platinum VIP tier within 30 minutes. Times apply to business hours; weekends may see minor delays.
- Third-party payments: Deposits from accounts not belonging to the registered player will be returned and may trigger an account review. 3patt does not accept third-party payments under any circumstances.
- Verification before withdrawal: 3patt may require identity verification before processing any withdrawal. Providing false documents during this process constitutes fraud and will result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all balances.
5Bonuses & Promotions
3patt offers a range of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific promotion terms published at the time the bonus is offered, in addition to the general rules set out here.
- Standard wagering requirement: Unless a specific promotion states otherwise, all bonus funds and free spin winnings are subject to a 15× wagering requirement before withdrawal is permitted.
- Eligible games: Bets on sports markets at odds of 1.5 or higher count 100% toward wagering. Slots at 96%+ RTP count 100%. Classic slots count 50%. Live casino games count 10%. Aviator counts 75%. Specific game exclusions are listed in individual promotion pages.
- Expiry: Unless stated otherwise, bonuses expire 7 days from the date of crediting. Any unwagered bonus balance remaining after expiry will be removed from your account automatically.
- One bonus at a time: Players may not hold more than one active deposit bonus simultaneously. Claiming a new deposit bonus while one is active may result in the earlier bonus being forfeited.
- Bonus abuse: Using multiple accounts, coordinating with other players to clear bonuses, placing low-risk hedged bets purely to meet wagering requirements, or any other behaviour that 3patt determines to be bonus abuse will result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings and may result in account closure.
- Maximum bet with active bonus: While a bonus is active, the maximum single bet or spin permitted is Rs 2,000 unless 3patt support provides written confirmation of a higher limit for your account tier.
3patt reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time with reasonable notice where possible. Changes to ongoing promotions will be communicated through the platform.
6Betting Rules
The following rules apply to all sports bets, casino game bets, and any other wager placed on the 3patt platform:
- Bet confirmation: A bet is accepted and binding only once you have received a confirmed bet reference number. Bets in a pending or processing state are not confirmed and may be declined if connectivity is interrupted before confirmation.
- Minimum bet: Rs 50 for any single bet or accumulator.
- Void bets: A bet will be declared void if the relevant event is cancelled, abandoned without a result, or if 3patt determines that the bet was accepted due to a system error or manifest odds error. Void bet stakes are returned in full to your wallet.
- Manifest errors: If odds are published at a price that is clearly incorrect due to a technical error, 3patt reserves the right to void all bets placed at those odds regardless of whether the bet has already been settled. Players identified as having systematically targeted manifest error odds may have their accounts reviewed.
- Cricket abandonment: For cricket matches abandoned without an official result, all match-result markets are voided and stakes returned. Matches completed via DLS method are settled on the official result.
- In-play betting: Live in-play bets are accepted at the player's risk. Connectivity issues on the player's end that cause a bet to be placed at a stale price are not grounds for voiding. 3patt uses independent data feeds to verify live scores at time of bet acceptance.
- Maximum winnings: The maximum payout per single bet is Rs 50,00,000 (Rs 5 million). For accumulator bets the maximum payout is Rs 1,00,00,000 (Rs 10 million). Any winnings above these limits will be capped at the stated maximum.
7Prohibited Conduct
The following activities are strictly prohibited on 3patt. Engaging in any of them will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and may be referred to the relevant authorities:
- Collusion: Coordinating with other players to manipulate game outcomes or artificially inflate winnings in any game format.
- Automated betting software: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated means to place bets, play casino games, or interact with the platform in a way not available to regular users.
- Arbitrage and matched betting: Systematically exploiting pricing differences across multiple platforms or between pre-match and live markets in a way that constitutes low-risk hedging is prohibited.
- Money laundering: Using the 3patt platform to deposit and withdraw funds without genuine gambling activity, or in any manner that constitutes money laundering under applicable Pakistani law, is strictly prohibited.
- Chargebacks: Initiating a payment chargeback through your bank or payment provider while retaining 3patt winnings earned from the disputed deposit constitutes fraud.
- Identity fraud: Registering an account in someone else's name, using stolen payment credentials, or providing forged identification documents.
- Hacking and interference: Attempting to access any part of the 3patt platform beyond what is available to your registered account, or attempting to disrupt platform operation in any way.
8Account Suspension & Closure
3patt reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion. Circumstances that may lead to account action include but are not limited to:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions
- Failure to complete identity or payment verification within a reasonable timeframe
- Reasonable suspicion of fraud, collusion, or prohibited conduct
- Court order or regulatory direction requiring account restriction
- Self-exclusion request made by the account holder or a nominated third party under our Responsible Gaming policy
- Extended account inactivity (accounts with zero balance inactive for 12+ consecutive months may be archived)
Where an account is closed due to a proven breach of these terms, 3patt reserves the right to retain any balance held in the account. Where an account is closed for any other reason, remaining balance above Rs 1,000 will be returned to your registered payment method after applicable verification.
Players wishing to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting support at support@3patt.biz. Voluntary closure requests are processed within 48 hours.
9Intellectual Property
All content on the 3patt platform – including but not limited to the brand name, logo, game graphics, software, text, images, and audio – is the intellectual property of 3patt or its licensed content providers. No part of the platform may be copied, reproduced, distributed, published, or used for commercial purposes without prior written consent from 3patt.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment. This licence does not grant ownership rights and is revocable at any time by 3patt without notice.
Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas submitted to 3patt regarding the platform or its services become the property of 3patt and may be used without compensation or credit to the submitting party.
10Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 3patt is not liable for:
- Any loss of funds resulting from your own decisions to place bets or play games
- Losses caused by temporary platform downtime, technical faults, or connectivity issues outside 3patt's control
- Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to protect your login credentials
- Any indirect, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform
- Losses arising from changes to laws or regulations affecting your ability to access the platform
Where 3patt's liability cannot be excluded by law, it is limited to the total amount deposited by you in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
3patt does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free platform operation. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance where possible. Emergency maintenance may occur without prior notice.
11Privacy & Data Protection
3patt collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms and Conditions by reference. By registering an account you consent to the data practices described in that policy.
Key points regarding data use at 3patt:
- Your personal data is used only for the purposes of account management, payment processing, fraud prevention, and regulatory compliance
- 3patt does not sell personal data to unaffiliated third parties for marketing purposes
- Marketing communications are opt-in and you can withdraw consent at any time via account settings or by contacting support
- Data is retained for a minimum of five years after account closure in accordance with financial services record-keeping requirements

12Responsible Gaming
3patt is committed to providing a safe gaming environment. Responsible gaming tools are built into every account and include deposit limits, session time reminders, reality check notifications, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion. Full details are available on our Responsible Gaming page.
- Deposit limits: You can set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits in your account settings. Increases to limits take effect after a 24-hour cooling period. Reductions take effect immediately.
- Self-exclusion: Players who feel their gambling is becoming harmful can request self-exclusion for periods of 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, 12 months, or permanently. During self-exclusion all marketing communications are suspended and account access is blocked.
- Third-party referrals: 3patt support team will refer players who self-identify gambling problems to appropriate Pakistani mental health and counselling resources at no cost.
13Amendments to Terms
3patt reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via the email address or mobile number on file, and a notice will be displayed on the platform homepage for at least 7 days prior to the changes taking effect.
Minor amendments – including corrections of typographical errors, clarifications of existing rules, or changes to reflect updates in applicable regulations – may be made without prior notice. The date of the most recent update is displayed at the top of this page.
If you do not agree with any amended terms, you must cease using the platform and close your account before the effective date of the changes. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised terms in full.
